- Architected and deployed an end-to-end agentic automation system using n8n and Google Opal, integrating with Shopify via webhooks to autonomously detect and recover abandoned carts — reducing manual intervention across the conversion funnel.
- Built an AI content production pipeline using Google Flow, Higgsfield MCP, and Claude — automating the full ideation-to-publish workflow across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
- Designed multi-node AI agents connecting Shopify, messaging APIs, and analytics dashboards to automate customer-journey triggers; analysed platform fees, logistics costs, and RTO rates to support unit-economics decisions.
Stealth Startup
FounderTech & Tourism · Remote
- Built a tech-driven tourism platform from 0 to 1 — designed full product architecture, owned all engineering decisions, and shipped a trial version independently.
- Ran a structured trial wave generating 200+ validated user sign-ups; used that signal to make a data-backed decision to continue building and scale the platform.
- Responsible for backend system design, user acquisition pipeline, and iterating on core product features based on real cohort feedback.

- Managed end-to-end e-commerce and quick commerce operations — product listings, inventory sync, and order fulfilment workflows across platforms.
- Built and deployed an AI content creation pipeline automating ideation-to-publish workflows; ran CRM segmentation and retention flows to improve repeat purchase rates.
- Led creator management end-to-end: identified, onboarded, and coordinated nano/micro influencers, tracking deliverables and campaign performance metrics.
